Pony Parties at Your Home or Venue
Our Pony visits are the most popular service we offer. We have travelled up and down the country bringing a bit of extra magic to birthday parties and special events. For each party we will bring 2 grooming ponies and 2 riding ponies.

Our visits last 1 hour, and this is usually enough time for up to 8 children per pony, but if you require more time (especially if you are inviting lots of friends) we can offer a second hour for half price. Rides can be longer or shorter depending on the space available and whether you want to include any other activities.

Add a Unicorn

For the ultimate birthday surprise, we can transform one of the ponies joining your party into a real unicorn – kept a secret until the perfect moment to amaze all guests.
The unicorn will appear after introducing the grooming ponies, all guests can meet the unicorn and have photos. The unicorn then will go and get ready to be saddled up and become one of the riding ponies.
Horse Shoe Craft
£6.00 per child
A real horse shoe to decorate with foam letters to add name, gems, bows, all sorts to stick on and create your master piece. Great keepsakes and party bag fillers.
This activity takes place during the last 20 minutes of your party, after all children have had a pony ride
Rosettes
Standard Rosettes – £2.50 each
Extra large special Rosette – £5 each.
A lovely keepsake for the children to take home to remember the special day. These are personalised for the birthday boy or girl e.g. Lucy’s 7th Birthday at Pampered ponies, and with any colours you’d like.
What to Expect at a Pony Party
After we have arrived and set up, the children will be gathered and the ponies will be introduced. Before we start, our staff will provide a safety talk about how to behave around the ponies.
Children will then be able to begin brushing and decorate the ponies. We have a selection of brushes for the children to use to groom the ponies. This is perfect for any nervous children to gain their confidence around the ponies before riding. Children love the opportunity to get stuck in and give our ponies lots of love.
If you have chosen to add a unicorn to the party this is when they are introduced. We will gather the children to tell them we have a special guest and then the unicorn will appear. We allow plenty of time for all children to meet the unicorn and for parents to take plenty of photos before getting saddled up and joining the riding ponies.
The birthday girl/boy will get the choice to ride first and choose a friend to ride at the same time if you have chosen to have more than one pony. We make sure every child has at least one ride.
The ponies will be led by an experienced handler at all times, and support can be offered also for any younger or unbalanced children. Parents are welcome to join us and walk alongside should their child require. We pride ourselves in having an excellent, encouraging team to make sure they feel safe and secure at all times. Ensuring any nervous children come back with big smiles once they realise what a great experience it is.
Once everyone has had a ride, we move onto the highlight of our parties – the GLITTER!
We paint the ponies hooves with hoof oil, which is great for keeping their hooves nice and healthy. The glitter is then sprinkled over the ponies hoof and sticks to the oil to give them sparkly magical toes.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to check that the ponies are allowed in your venue before booking. If children are riding, please ensure there is enough space to do so, and there is suitable access for the ponies into gardens etc. We also kindly ask that at least one responsible adult stays to supervise the children during our visits to allow us to run the parties smoothly and safely.
